Hi! I wonder if anyone can give me any advice with my problem.For quite some time I have had excess mucous at the back of my throat (not sure if it's post nasal drip or not). About 4 weeks ago I started to have a very sore throat and symptoms of a chest infection but rather than go for Antibiotics I tried to sort it out myself. I am a lot better but the mucous/catarrh is getting me down so I went to the doc's today who prescribed a nasal spray (anti-histamine). To be honest I'm not sure if this is what I need. Does anyone have any natural methods of ridding oneself of this sort of thing? I read recently that taping a couple of cloves of garlic to the sole of the foot works. Anyone tried it?
