Oh and I did try a cleanse. I actually did Renew life cleansesmart...didnt notice any change. I did have about 3 movements throughout the day, but I still always felt like I wasnt completely empty.

I have a problem with constipation for the most part. I go everyday, but it takes me an hour in the morning, and if I have to go later theres another hour out of my day. it affects my life horribly. If I have to go, there are times Im late for work cause i have to take care of it. And sometimes its painful cause its like a rock. I do drink water. And other times its super loose.

I have had the basic same symptoms for over 10 years, with the constipation/diarrhea, bloat, stomach aches, low energy... and lately its been just worse.
