You have obvously done your homework. But, I have to tell you, in my opinion its not the bacteria that are the problem. I had chronic sinusitis in a bad way, for years. Did every treatment short of surgery. boatloads of drugs, and still my life was a daily struggle. I have been clear of sinus problems for two over two years, and have not had so much as a bad stuffy nose. Honestly, you don't the doctors or drugs to get better, you just have to clean out your body and get it to function the way it was designed to. It takes a little time and dedication, but, the bacteria are not your enemy, they are actually performing a function that your body is not too weak to perform, that is, break down waste on your behalf. I have been in nursing homes recently working for clients, and honestly, it didn't give me the slightest problem. once you have addressed the root causes of disease, you don't have to worry about situations that would normally cause symptoms to flare up.

re people who have lost the ability to decide, you are right, its a sad state. But there is no easy way to remedy the situation through mass litigation. The real answer I think to the medical system is to conduct research into non-drug therapies... but this takes alot of money. Find a way to fund real research into the treatments you think merit a look... then you may start the ball rolling
