Flagyl is used to treat infections so the alternatives would be Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and or Lugols Iodine.

I would work up to a small dose, 5 drops/day perhaps of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and see what happens.
Later move on to Iodine Supplementation slowly increasing to 50 mg per day.


If the infection is also in the blood the Beck Protocol would be another method.
