Thanks for the info. I decide to try the oil pulling myself first. I have some gums problem, easy to get inflammation, retreat gum line, etc. I used sesame oil yesterday morning, first one last only 3 minute, there is a strong sensational dry, itching in my throat and I almost vomit, so I spit out. I then try again immediately, this time I manage to control the sensation, last about 15 min. the oil did turn thin and a little yellowish white, not quite white and foaming as said. And I not sure if I gargle my throat or not, which in the booklet said not to gargle the throat. I’m sure I didn’t swallow the oil, but I did do something like a gargle in my throat to smooth out the dry sensation.
I feel only some freshness in the morning after the oil pulling, not much else. May be the sesame oil I used is sitting on the kitchen table for too long, I’ll buy some sunflower oil and try again.
