Hi I really would like to do this flush -

are there any other preparations you feel necessary? do you need many days recovery on the first one if you have a liver that is quite unwell in the first place?

I have been reading the Hulda Clark one and am scared off by it a bit as people are reporting being very sick. Does the olive oil congest your liver at all? Sorry for the heap of questions I just want to tread very carefully as I have been quite sick for a long time and want to fix it.
