Makes sense. The spleen and the lymphatic system work so much harder for us when we're trying to detox. My spleen has been enlarged for a while (my massotherapist friend figured that out) and now - I think I'm beginning to see why. I'm also having pains in some lymph nodes. Elevated B12 levels, really high White Blood Cells - I gotta get on clearing my lymph and letting the pressure off my spleen - like - yesterday.
