I don't know about the Sinus Doctor Program, but I do know that Capsaicin can help a lot with sinuses, sinus headaches and even cluster headaches. I actually wrote an article about this recently available here: http://nutralicious.blogspot.com/2006/03/capsaicin.html

Scroll down to near the end of the article and it includes medical information on Capsaicin including stuff about sinuses as well as medical research on capsaicin for sinuses. Doing something as simple as eating something spicy should help you a ways. Also, if you suspect it's from a cold or flu check out my article on Allicin which is the chemical in garlic.
