I just love the idea of being able to provide fresh goat milk, cheese and yogurt to the locals here. I am not a big milk drinker myself but I do use cow milk in tea and coffee on occasion. Plus yogurt is good for the digestion. I'd have to pasteurize it to give it to the old people. It cuts down on antibiotic induced diarrhea.
