There's a bunch of stuff I do in addition to what you are doing. Sinus irrigation with Colloidal Silver is at the top of my list. I also take it orally. Also, a separate Sea Salt flush with a drop or two of grapefruit seed extract. I find olive leaf very helpful - east park is my favorite for it's strength and effectiveness. Also, flooding the body with oxygen has been great for me when fighting infection. Here are some links with info:
