I've been using a saline spray (Humist) and Zicam, too. I've also been taking LOTS of C, Echinacea & goldenseal, and something called Kan-Jang (which is for colds and sinus trouble). I've also been taking Humabid, which is a 400mg. caplet of guiafenesin. I need to get some L-lysine, though.
Thanks for the tip about the basin full of hot water. I'll have to try that tonight.
So far, I seem to be getting over this more quickly than usual - I hate to say that, though, in case I'm jinxing myself!
