Lysine is an antiviral amino acid in corn. It is blocked by Arginine, the amino acid in chocolate, so lay off the chocolate. Use Zicam zinc nasal spray with saline spray first to hydrate the nasal cavity to kill off the bug that lives in the naso-pharyngeal area, hard to get at. Bathe your face in a basin of hot salt water with one drop of white Iodine per gallon, snorting it up your nose and opening your eyes and mouth underwater.
