as an aside, about the pu ehr, I used to buy a version in a little round green box with red writing. It was ridiculously cheap. (like 2.50?) and lasted for about six months or more: I was drinking a LOT of it. It was my favorite tea, along with dragon well. I can't find it anymore, alas. Now nettles is my usual favorite.
