Hi, Usually after 2weeks you tend to feel a lot better. Right now you are suffering from withdrawal symptoms and intense detox because your on a water fast. Its better you stick with water and not interfere with the process by drinking tea. Also I notice that when you drink tea during a long fast you tend to get heart burn. But drinking plain tea without Sugar will not effect your weight loss but may interfere with the detox due to caffeine in tea.
