10 Simple Things You Can Do Now To Cleanse Your Body.

Here is a list of 10 simple things that anyone can do right now to start cleansing their body.
Complete detailed step-by-step instructions for cleaning out all the parasites, parasite eggs, disease germs, old fecal matter, the gum you swallowed when you were five, and everything else that is stuck in your colon and poisoning you right now are in my book "The Foundational Cleansing and Nourishing Program." This wonderfully useful book also reveals how to clean stones, fat, cholesterol, and toxic buildup out of your liver and get your kidneys working like they did when you were 16!
1) Fruit and Juice Breakfast - Have some fresh fruit juice first thing in the morning, making sure to chew it well (swish it around in your mouth to mix some saliva with it) before swallowing. A few minutes later, have some fresh, ripe fruit (preferably organic). Leave the high protein foods (especially animal products) for later in the day. This procedure eases the burden on your digestive system and helps you avoid unpleasant consequences from eating too much heavy food too early in the day. Many people also find that it gives them more energy than the traditional bacon and eggs.
2) Go Easy on the Animal Products - Animal foods (meat, milk and milk products, eggs, etc.) contain high amounts of cholesterol and saturated fats that plug up not only the arteries, but also the liver, prostate, and other organs in the body. Most of them also contain large amounts of antibiotics, growth hormones, uric acid, and many other substances which are toxic and harmful to the human body and the animal's body alike. They are also not nearly as nutritious as high quality plant foods. So avoidance of these foods, as much as possible, will help to dramatically reduce the amount of toxins entering the body in the first place. I suggest that those who want to cleanse, but don't want to give up these foods completely, consume only one or two small servings of them per week.
3) Never eat liver or kidneys - These are the elimination organs of the body, the ones that are being constantly bombarded with deadly toxic waste products, filtering them out of the bloodstream so they don't poison you, and eliminating them from the body. Unless they are working at 100% perfect efficiency, which is rare in this modern toxin-filled age, especially in domesticated animals, they tend to have some of these toxins collect in them, and when you eat them, you are taking these toxins into your own body. It's just like taking an old, clogged, filthy filter out of an air purifier, rinsing off the gunk into a bowl, and drinking the water. Not a good idea!
4) Have a glass of prune juice every morning - You don't have to be an herbalist to know what this is for, but in addition to making the bowel move better (which in itself is essential to cleansing) It actually pulls toxins out of the bloodstream and into the bowel to be eliminated. And besides, it tastes great.
5) Exercise - You don't necessarily have to buy anything here, just walk, run, do pushups, crunches, lift weights, etc. Anything, but move your body each and every day. Among its many benefits, this helps to move the lymph fluid (the body's internal vacuum cleaner) throughout the body. The lymph cleans up the waste, debris, and toxic matter from all over the body.
If you want, you can invest in some exercise toys to make it more fun (e.g., jogging suit, running shoes, pedometer, heart rate monitor, etc.). While this certainly isn't mandatory, it can help motivate you to exercise when you might not otherwise be inclined to.
6) Breathe Deeply - Very, very deeply. Breathe in till you can't get another ounce of air into your lungs, hold it for a second, and exhale as completely as possible. This also moves the lymph, and it provides the body with the extra oxygen it needs to mop up toxins. If you have difficulty with this at first, just breathe as deeply as you can and gradually work your way up. If you cough while doing this at first, lift your eyes toward heaven and shout "THANK YOU!" Coughing removes harmful material from the lungs, so if you feel like you need to, go right ahead, NEVER try to suppress it.
7) Use lots of extra-virgin olive oil - Olive oil flushes and cleans the liver, is very nutritious, and won't clog your body systems like some oils do. It is the best oil to use for cooking, combine it with fruit juice in the blender for a nice beverage, use it on your bread instead of butter or margarine, add some fresh garlic and fresh ground black pepper for a great dip. Use your imagination, and use more olive oil.
8) Eat Garlic - Garlic is one of the great food herbs of all time! Not only is it nourishing and strengthening, it is also very cleansing and can help you get rid of absolutely any infection known to man, if you take enough of it. I've known people who cleansed their entire body just by changing their diet and eating a ton of garlic. Take it fresh and raw, as much as possible, every day, and if you can get the people around you to eat it too, they won't smell it on your breath; if not, lemon juice, peppermint, and whole cloves work wonders for sweetening your breath.
9) Eat your dandelions - I know what you're thinking, but the reason dandelions were imported to America from Europe was for their value as food and medicine. The only reason they are called "weeds" is that they are so common. They are still an extremely nutritious food and a wonderful cleanser, particularly for the liver and kidneys. The whole plant is edible. The flowers taste great, the leaves make a terrific salad green, and the roots can be eaten raw or roasted and used as a coffee substitute. So eat all your dandelions. They are also available in some grocery stores and health food stores. CAUTION: Make sure you get them from the wild or from a lawn or park that has NOT been sprayed with anything.
10) Eat Organically grown food as much as possible - There are three main advantages to eating organically grown food: 1) It is far more nutritious. Laboratory tests show that organically grown food contains from 3 to 10 times as much nutrition as conventionally grown food; 2) Organic Food does not contain the poisons that are sprayed on conventionally grown crops; and 3) Organic food has about ten times the flavor of conventional food. If your kids don't like their veggies, try switching to organic, it makes everything else seem like cardboard (in fact, conventionally grown produce has little more nutrition than cardboard when compared with organic because conventional farmers grow their crops in nutritionally depleted soil). I like shopping at Vitamin Cottage because they sell only organic produce.
