no thanks necessary, someone put me onto this site just like i apparently did you. we all help each other.

the flushes are not so bad really, i swear. you might try something else even easier. check out the 'energize water' forum. i thought it was as hokey as could be, but i've tried it and find it has a big detox/healing effect. drink it. its easy to make and just about free.
