I used 1/4 tsp of caynne pepper with a glass of water twice a day; I was nauseatic and drowsy. l did two enemas, then the caynne washed out. How you take caynne with honey? I avoid dairy products, and yet there is so much mucus in my stool. I have no clue why. Could it be allergy?
