I have suffered severe aches and pains for the last 10 years...I am a retired mechanic and the joint pains are quite intolerable. Recently I purchased the Prickly Pad...although I am sure there are other treatments of that type that would be fine. However, this self acupuncture pillow for 30 minutes a day has done me wonders. I highly recommend shopping these online, but I was very very happy with my purchase.
