For sinuses, take a basin of bowl of hot water. To a gallon of hot water add 4 Tablespoons of salt, and two Tablespoons of baking soda. Add one drop of WHITE Iodine if there are no health constraints. (Mom is allergic to Iodine from being overdosed on it from years of thyroid issues.) Stuff your face in the basin or bowl and open your eyes, snort it up your nose, and rinse it throughout your mouth. Rinse and repeat. Consider using this solution in a Grossan nasal irrigator, or WaterPik has a rubber nose adaptor.

Take Caprylic Acid, available at any health food store, to whack back any Candida infestation from Antibiotic use. Undecylenic Acid is a much more powerful antifungal and available on the internet.

Use saline spray throughout the day in eyes and nose to remove pollutants, especially after driving or near roadways. The new latex admixture in tires makes tire particles highly reactive, especially on the driver's side window eye and sinuses. Newer, softer tires have increased latex particle pollution dramatically, and even forced the cancellation of one car race with widespread tire failure.

You can often see the effect of tire particle irritation in movies where actors blink their eyes but the driver's side eye sticks shut somewhat when opening. Sinus problems, especially on one side, are universal from latex tire pollution. That's the black stuff on your windshield if you wipe it with your finger.

Another toxic factor is the toxic mold, Aspergillus. Lake Chad in Africa dried up and sends clouds of Aspergillus around the world. Lake Chad dried up because the Indian Ocean changed weather patterns from sea floor heating, with vulcanism probably triggered by the increased cosmic ray heating of Earth and Mars by the Sun. In short, there is nothing you can do but treat it.

The real danger is swelling caused by airborne mold and pollution, which can trap bacteria and fungus and compound the effect. Snort pure Silver Colloid before bed and unmixed with any other substance to hold down any background bacterial infection or infestation with fungus. Take Lysine, the antiviral amino acid, to whack back any viral infection, especially prevalent in the cool but not cold fall and spring. If this naso-pharyngeal virus infection takes hold and leads to thick, drippy mucus or pneumonia, be sure to thin with Mucinex, time-release Guaifenesin, and avoid aspirin and salicylates in herbs which block the mucus-thinning effect. God bless!
