I just tried out a foot bath at the local health spa. I felt pretty weak afterwards. I also feel weak after using a sauna because of the toxins that are mobilized. So, me having a toxic reaction is proof to me that it is doing something anyway. I am new to these things and am wondering what machine is the best for the money? Any experience with the machine that can be built at home?

Any and all info appreciated.
