Yes, very true. I do drink those other teas as well. It is definitely not a good idea to drink any healthy tea in bulk!

Yeah, I think that a couple times a week should be fine.

I love nettles, dandelion, and the yerba mate. I also have burdock, peppermint, and sarsaparilla, in rotation as well.

So what is "aged Pu Erh"?

Sounds like something I might like to get into as well!
