Peroxide is actually more likely than baking soda to erode enamel...

It's hard to believe that you eroded your enamel that quickly (hard to tell without before & after pictures), but even if you did erode it a little, it will build back up as long as you eat nutritiously, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
