wow, he is a simple minded and old time hero for sure. I was recommend to his site by Chrisb1 and we thank him. You might find a few things controversial such as milk drinking.

Keep in mind in 1923 cows were eating nutrient rich grasses so the cow milk back then was backed with everything good nowadays it is not recommended at all. If you want to drink milk switch to goat's milk which is the closest to human milk other than breast milk.

He did not have the books of studies that we do today so maybe he would of changed his mind on that one.

Sleep on a hard cot or mattress, I do that. Foam mattress must be thrown out after 1 year as mold sets in.

Have plenty of sunshine and fresh air, a must.

Eat tons of fruits and veggies like we do.

Avoid breakfast and eat only two meals a day and never overeat. My new goal.

Avoid toxic bodies and relationships for sure.

Most of the things he is suggesting is common sense like no tobacco or alcohol, daa. Want to be disease free, use your head.
