flonase is not answer. give up on the drugs, i tried them all. they lead to nowhere but more drugs. if you want your sinus problems to go away, its all about cleansing and your diet. do liverflushing as instructed on this site until you have no more stones. eat whole foods, less meat, no dairy. stay away from processed foods. it can be done. i was like you just two years ago. Now i don't even have allergies, no stuffy nose and certainly no sinus headaches. its the real thing. it takes time, but do you want your life back?
