Hi all hoping someone can advise me, i have been using mms for a few days now, this morning i increased from 3 drops to 4 drops of mms with the appropriate amount of activator. I feel slightly nauseaus, slight headache with slight dizziness and tired. I believe this means i should drop back down to 3 drops again. My question is do i try to increase the amount again in a few days or stick to 3 drops?. Also when the activator runs out and i use lemon juice does it have to be fresh or could i use the jiffy lemon. If fresh can it go into my old activator bottle to use the right amount of drops, i believe different droppers come in different sizes and it has to be the same size? Thank you
