Hi and good to hear from you. I too have not been on the boards for quite some time now.

I have been dealing with so many different health issues, one of which was the most horrific sinus congestion I have ever experienced - my headaches were so bad I started pounding my head from the pain - nothing worked until I started using sinus flooding which I, by the way, learned about on this site. Bravo for sites like CUREZONE!!!

Well, I had ordered a sinus spray that had grapefruit seed extract in it. I would tilt my head back, spray three times and quickly lower my head almost to the floor for about two minutes - then I did the same on the other nostril. You could not believe what amounts of mucuous came out of my "little" nose on a constant basis for almost three weeks. I flooded every day about six to eight times a day. My head would clear up and eventually it would come back. Anyway, finally it was cleared and no more headaches. But, I recently went through a pretty bad case of the flu and ended with a runny nose (which was good) and again overcoming that too. But I think I must start flooding again only occasionally - my ears are constantly ringing like crazy morning noon and night.

I did try the peroxide (diluted) as a nasal spray solution but I think that the grapefruit seed extract (which I bought a bottle of) did a better job for me. Or at least I think I had better results but, I really did not use your "recipe" or shall I say "formula".

Any thoughts?
