I was amazed at his criteria and how even years ago he was right on. Funny somebody we never heard of and he wrote so many books.

He fasted on Mondays, religiously this is the best day to fast as many important things happened on Mondays such as Jonah being released from the Whale, Moses parting the red sea and of course our Prophet Mohmamad's birth.
