Well, i don't see this guy as being a whacko.

I think the guy is doing the right thing here with what he's feeling. He's venting the crap right out of himself rather than to keep sitting on it allowing it to build into a volcano. If it builds up too much that's when real damage can be done to himself and others.
He's squeezing the pus right out of himself.

What would be a better place to clean yourself out than in a laundry room.

Rudi and Alex Jones ought to take the tip from this guy and find stuff they have no use for anymore and go to their laundry rooms destroy the shit out of it. Put a face on that chinese radio if you want to and destroy it to bits.

After that, you can walk out of that wash room and into the world with a fresh face, unburdened, and with an authentic smile for others to see, instead of covering up what you really feel inside with a plastic one...

And its done without hurting anybody else or himself. He's not doing like alot of other people have done in the past, like taking alot of others down with 'em at fast food restaurants or on college campuses in a flury of bullets and automatic weaponry. Its the best therapy you can find. And you don't have to pay a therapist for it. And you can do it until you're absolutely clean inside. How ever long it takes.

People keep fooling themselves, and others, by thinking you can control your emotions, by not allowing them to be expressed. One thinks their being righteous and civilized by also keeping a false smile up for others to see. They're just throwing their junk into the basement... The basement of their unconscious, where they think they are finished with it. It just goes on collecting there and building pressure until one day you blow others away thinking they're all responsible for how you feel in the end.

Then your neighbors will say, "He/she was always such a nice person, never said anything bad about anybody, never complained about anything. Such a nice person... I can't believe he went so crazy..."

Pitifully ignorant is all that is... darkness being cultivated within, it prevails unless you finally get a clue.
