I would have to go with HC on this, the optimum ratio is 3:1 Salt:Potassium Chloride by volume. At that ratio the body can pick and choose what it needs, too much salt and potassium is pushed out, to much potassium and salt is pushed out.

The point for starting out at a ratio of 1:1 and work your way to 3:1 is water retention and the fact that Salt swells tumors. This can be deadly if there are any in the brain.

The third item that drops out of the blood during these adrenal stress times is iodine; in this case it is best to use the Gerson dosing of 2 drops Lugol’s (2%) every 3 hours.

Of course the ultimate solution is to heavy metal detox…
