Thanks for the response, sg. I know that TSH is not the be all and end all, but my doc said my levels are right on target.

TSH, 3rd generation 0.88
T4, FREE 1.1
T3, FREE 319

My TSH shows that I am not even CLOSE to being hypothyroid because the number is so low, but I believe that my thyroid is doing overtime in order to get me into the normal range (hence why it is enlarged). Either that, or my REVERSE T3s could be extremely low. I don't know because I didn't get those levels tested, but I am selenium and Vit.D deficient so conversion from T4 to T3 could be slim to none.

My symptoms are all there, but I want to take a natural approach to healing. Do you have any suggestions other than Iodine Supplmentation? I am going to start taking iodine tomorrow.
