i used it a different way. i just used peroxide and water and kept it in a nasel spray bottle in the refrigerator. 1 put a tsp of perodide to 5 tsp cold water. and held my head back. it unblocked a totally blocked sinus with proof with a mra. the docs couldnt believe it at first. have not had another blockage or sinus headache. use it once a week without fail. migraines were too bad not to. hope this helps. shadow
