Very interesting Kozz. I too happen to be on day 8 of my Water Fast and my experience with the acid is virtually identical to yours, though i have been ingesting water only. I have experienced this symptom around the same time in previous fasts too, sometimes as early as day 6. My episode happened to occur towards the end of a brisk walk today, a habit which i believe has helped me to feel quite good so far throughout this fast(brisk walks of 1 hour or so, 1-2 times per day). Perhaps today during the inclines i let my heart get going a little bit too fast. Though i've been doing the same workout throughout and at a similar pace without incident, it could be that other variables existed today that didn't go well with this moderate intensity. Does anybody believe that in this case the moderate exercise could have brought up the acid/bile/or whatever it is?
Another question to the forum is that i wonder if an increased number of water enemas throughout the day could help with this acid symptom as it would aid in the swift elimination of the toxins more times throughout the day. I have been doing two water enemas per day, one in the morning and another in the evening.
A final question is: has anybody tried apple cider vinegar for heartburn and if so, did it help or did it not? My episode is quite mild at this point so i will relax and "ignore" it for now. But if it worsens and persists, i am going to try the vinegar as i was contemplating bringing this into my Water Fast anyway. I am interested in comments on that too (introducing a/c/v), ie: good idea or bad idea and why?
I would love to go 21 days or longer this time around. My previous high mark is 14 days about 7 years ago with several 7 day fasts since.
