Hello. I too am starting a fast. I will start tommorrow and hope to be able to do a 30 day fast. My current weight is 158 pounds and my goal weight is 130 pounds. I am also doing this fast to break my bad eating habits as I constantly crave carbs and food that is not good for me. I would love to be your fasting buddy- hoping to be there to cheer you on while we keep each other on track. I know tommorrow will be hard but my mind is in the game so I will get through! Good Luck.. I can't wait to reach our goals!!
