I have been extremely healthy for the past five years due to cleaning up my diet and exercising regularly. I eat mainly veggies, some fruit in the AM on some days, I make my own nut milks and coconut kefir. I do eat salmon and eggs on occassion, but my main sources of protein are nuts, seeds, legumes, leafy greens and ezekiel products (which I eat sparingly). I have always had a white coating on the back of my tongue and just recently have had some problemns sleeping and have noticed undigested food in my stools. So I tried Threelac. Now I have chronic bronchitis and sinus problems, blisters under my nose, and dandruff. I also notice tingling in my arms and legs, sore hips after eating. Any advice?
