I thought that the power walking was helping, and it is, but the flooding made me see I have tons more 'stuff' to get out. I can't believe all the bacteria I'm getting that was stuck up there. I've had this infection for years and it's like glue. It must be difficult on one's immune system to keep 'fighting' this infection. Now I know I won't need surgery. It's working.

The only thing I add is some anti oxidents after walking and taking the hydrogen peroxide to keep the oxygen from forming free radicals. Just a precaution.
