I have had chronic sinus infection for 4 years. No matter how much I irrigated, inhaled oils, ate good food, took supplements and herbs, used cipro in a nebulizer, or stood on my head, it never got any better. And my body was always acid no matter what I did. I think I'm turning the corner and want to share what I am doing in case anyone else wants to experiment.

I left out one component to health. Exercise. I did a little every day, but not much. Since power walking 3 miles a day for a week, I am happy to report my body is finally alkaline and my nose is almost totally clear.
The icky taste is just about gone. Sometimes it isn't even there. After exercise, I make a protein drink with antioxidents.

I will go for another mri in a month or two to see if it is still necessary to have surgery. But the way it feels now, I don't think so.
