After years and years struggling with I thought leaky gut, I found out that all I needed was more acids to digest proteins and fats so they did not go undigested to my gut and along with other fecal matters into my bloodstream.

Vitamin B6 hydrochloride acid plus a compound of probiotics and enzymes.

Now I am combining Betaine hydrochloride acid and B6. B2 combined with B6 is good. So far B6 is enough, but B6 helps with the process of digesting proteins and fats too.

I adjust the amount of acid (that is what I have read and I am doing) according to the amount of proteins in my food.

Read labels. If the product has soy protein the problem is worse.
Eating at fast food chains makes the problem worse because they put a lot of soy in the food.

Make gargles with hydrogen peroxide or Peroxil. It will kill all tha accumulated bacteria in your mouth and throat and will leave your breath clean and fresh.

This is what is working perfectly for me after years and years of investigation.

Email me if it works for you maldsonia@aol.com

I avoid food products with soy protein in them. They made my sme;; worse.
