For those with serious chronic diseases, though, it will take a while for the urine/blood to get purified.
I have fasted for a week with absolutely no change in the urine - the taste was always strong, a mixture of salty-bitter-sour.
Like drinking salted chicken broth. :)

I still haven't reached the point where urine is pure like rainwater, which is understandable since I still have health issues.
But urine fasts are the way to go, no doubt. No other method brought about such improvement.
