I also drink several cups of peppermint tea daily, which is alkalizing. I also take 1/3 teaspoon of Sea Salt added to water and drink this 3x a day. I place 2 teaspoons of Sea Salt and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda into 1 cup of warm water to irrigate my sinuses. Leaning back against the bathtub, slowly squeeze water and fill up sinuses and extend neck backwards to get to the upper sinuses. Leave water in for a few minutes to break up the mucus. It works very well. I think the Sea Salt water kills the virus that causes the polyps.
