........so offer them the advice here on the forum rather than trying to plug your book which I've noticed you doing on a number of forums over a number of years. I admitted that diet plays a major part but it's not that simple especially if a person has a compromised intestine, dirty liver etc etc. And for every person who write to you with a success story I can assure you that there are many who will have tried the diet you promulgate and have received little improvement. Why? Because you fail to understand the multi-factoral nature of what many people are facing. So really, you might have something to offer, but it'd be nice to hear a little humility. What you ought to say is 'I have something that MIGHT help some people' rather than 'Gee let me tell you all how to solve your arthritis'.
