I saw my ENT yesterday and he said the sinuses look great. No polyps or infection. I drink about 8 glasses of water daily with a tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. It dries up my sinuses because it is alkalizing. Works every time I eat too much acidic foods, such as meat, eggs or pasteurized milk. I prefer raw organic milk, much better and healthier. I also take a measured 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda with 6 oz of water on an empty stomach. I got my neck adjusted by a chiropractor which helped very much. I take multiple minerals to alkalize my blood.
Key is to reverse the blood acidosis, however, one cannot heal properly if the spine is misaligned. Read what Edgar Cayce say's about health issues. Eat lots of raw vegetables and fruits.
