I turn it pretty well but 2pm is a conservative estimate.

I don't know why its clear for you yet has that taste. But I know it sounds like you are getting things out that shouldn't be in there! I also read that you should breathe out through your nostrils forcefully 15x upon finishing to expel most of the saline. I also find showering right after using the grossan allows me to expel even more phlegm.

Has it helped with stuffiness during the course of the day?
