Two things, one is Ortho Core (MultiVit) and the other is Thyro 100.

I use about half the amount of Ortho Core since my mineral digestion is almost OK from chelation. So this would supply ~1mg of Copper Citrate a day: http://aor.ca/html/products.php?id=96


The Thyro 100 is taken rarely and it supplies 500mcg of Copper Malate:

But keep in mind I take Cuprum and ALA, the Cuprum aids in Copper elimination and ALA creates copper toxicity.

NOTE: Keeping bile flowing with Mag Malate is also important since most elimination is via bile.
