ACV has worked for me. I take acid pills to digest proteins and fats. According to Kevin Trudeau ACV is good for acid reflux and BB. I have try it and it works. Even when I take the acid pills, I have no reflux.

I take a spoonful of ACV mixed with honey before meals.
