[Some sleep/rest sure helps…terrible sinus infections--the last few days…salt water and nasal pot…for me just once/one treatment…doing the trick…]


Try gargling with Milk of Magnesia for infections in the head area. Alkalizes the treated area making the affected area inhospitable for "bugs."
