Jeanine's been desperately trying to flog this book for several years. She is naive about the causes of arthritides. Sure, acidity CAN influence the progression of osteo but the casues of rheumatoid and AS are far more complex than this simplistic interpretation. I suggest you but a book by a man called Alan Schlines who successfully cured himself of Ankylosing Spond using a variety of approaches. Your problem lies in a bad intestine though that is allowing food to escape. You're also over-populated with a bug called Klebsiella which feeds off carbrohydrates. Don't eat the carbs and you'll begin to feel better. This won't CURE you (although this can be done over time), but it will give you alleviation of symptoms if you're strict. Anoither book is the IBS diet book by Carol 'Somebdy' (can't rememeber). She'll show you what can and can't be eaten. IBS is linked to AS in many cases. The root cause is the Klebsiella.
