you liver is just not letting go easy. a clogged liver was at the heart of my chronic sinus problems. I have done 14 flushes now and am still getting stones. my sinuses have now returned to normal and I use no products or supps for them.

you need to find some way to losen up the contents of your liver. some people recommend the products from www.sensiblehealth.com for this, i myself used chanca piedra extract when I hit such a blockage at flush #7. for more advanced flush information, Andreas Moritz 's book "amazing liver cleanse" offers a variety of tips for improving the flushes.
