I am so inspired, looking at your pics and reading your journey. Tomorrow I will begin a fast again and I will remember you and everybody here, everyday as I fast, to keep me going, to keep me motivated. I will remember your progress, all the wonderful pics and MOST OF ALL, YOUR PERSISTENCE.

All this time, I don't feel motivated enough. This day when I step on the scale..I was crying because I gained 6 lbs! So I need to lose total 22-26 lbs now! :-(

I want to start with a 20 day Water Fast and see how it goes.
Keima, you are fantastic and very motivating. I wish you the best!
