The Relion holds about 3/4 of a gallon of water and I put 35 drops of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract in it. I really couldn't tell that it did anything so I now use just plain water. Sometimes I put the vicks product in it because that is eucalyptus oil---but not often. You will receive instant gratification from this steam.

The ACV does sting when I use it in my irrigator. However I breathe the best right after an irrigation with ACV.

The Grapefruit-Seed-Extract doesn't sting now but I am used to it. When I first put Grapefruit-Seed-Extract in my sinus irrigator it stung badly, especially around my eye sockets. After doing one side I would stand there and owie for a minute or so before moving to the other side. It was probably a good thirty days before the stinging stopped.

Incidentally I drink the ACV and gargle with it also. I don't consider it the universal cure all miracle drug that many do but I think it has positive impact overall. It makes a killer salad dressing with Olive oil too!!!

I literally use my Relion moisturizer many times daily. My problem is mucous as I have AFS/ABPA and the warm mist really helps with the expectoration process. In my personal war room of antifungal weapons this has been and remains my #1 line of defense.

Good luck---just remember to try one thing at a time, measure performance, and do the simpler things first. You can tie up a small fortune following all the recs on this board and everyones particular problem is unique to them but not necessarily to you.
