Hi Blacktruck, thanks for your response! The Relion sounds great - I'm going to get one - it's much cheaper than the Ionic breeze quadra I just purchased! Did you find that the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract gave you a sore throat? I only tried four or five drops in my neti pot to begin with and it didn't do much but give me a horrible sore throat all night. Also, does the ACV sting? thanks so much for your help!
